"In the beginning of the ages, All races were creating a civilization and name for themselves. The most prominent of the races were the Humans and Elves. One day a human child was born smaller than average, but weighed more. Not understanding why this had happened, the human couple decided to try and raise the child as if it were normal. It seemed to be taking place with other couples in the human kingdom aswell. As the years moved on, more couples were having smaller babies and those previously born were not getting any taller, just more well rounded. These children were half the size of all the others and this was starting to catch the attention of the king."

" When these children reached their teenage years , they were still of a small stature and twice as wide. All the other children in the human kingdom teased and taunted the abnormal kids throughout the years causing them to be very temperamental. Both commoners and lords were starting to notice the disgruntled nature of these "small" kids. Meetings were held in the newly founded castle of the human kingdom to discuss what should be done. After many debates, a high priestess for the human king persuaded the council that they were in fact evil beings that will one day be the downfall of their civilization. Upon making this decision, the kings soldiers rounded up everyone that was deemed a "dwarf" and had them outcasted from the kingdom in 114. It was decreed that any child born from then on of a small nature shall be killed upon birth."

" Led by the older of the dwarves, they looked for shelter out in the wilderness. It was then that they stumbled upon a cave with a labyrinth of tunnels, they called this home. The dwarves were not large in numbers but managed to survive. Although outcasted with nothing more than the clothing on their backs, the dwarves were amazingly resilient and began to create a civilization for themselves deep within the caverns. They fashioned weapons out of wood to hunt for food, and fashioned tools out of limestone to build a place to call home."

" As time pushed on, so did the dwarves. They were long forgotten by the humans and presumed extinct. Keeping to themselves, The dwarves over time had created tunnels with intricate detail and greatly grown in numbers. During this time in 219 a war had broke out between the Trolls and Goblins, the dwarven people did not care to interfere but instead stood by recording techniques of war. In fear that their civilization may be in danger some day, the dwarven people started to craft weapons and armor for themselves. Learning from what they witnessed in the wars that took place over the next 100 years, they finely tuned their art of war."

" It wasn't until late 477 when the great war that was declared upon the Elves, that the dwarven people were known and their power was shown. The Elf king was desperately in need of help, so he sent scouts out for a fabled race called dwarf. The dwarves were confronted with a elf messenger, He asked for their help against the humans. Knowing their past, the dwarves gladly accepted to help fight against the humans. At this time the dwarf race was finally known amongst the land. During the battles the dwarf king Hungard was killed and aswell as his forces. The dwarven people had taken a great loss in a war they had not started."

" To this day the dwarf civilization has endured many challenges and continues to thrive. After the great war, they began construction on a town called "Calandra" in memorial of their brave king Hungard and it still stands on the outer edge of the caves. The dwarven people are now recognized as a separate race from everyone else and continue to produce superb weaponry. Throughout the ages they have become excellent blacksmiths and miners. Dwarves may seem like little people, but their knowledge on war is great and never forget that they are very ill tempered when it comes to outsiders."
